We will meet at 3pm in the Dome
Reach out to Coach Finch (james.finch@minnetonkaschools.org) with any questions.
A deposit check for uniforms is required before distribution afterschool on the 25th and 26th.
Deposit checks can be made out to MTFCCA for $100 and delivered to Coach Finch at any time before distribution. All checks will be shredded or returned after uniforms are returned at the end of the season. Please reach out to me directly with any questions or concerns on this.
It is required for ALL athletes to participate in this fundraising campaign.
Each student-athlete needs to create an account (with a picture of themselves included) and send at least 20 emails with a link to our Campaign Page. That is all we ask!!! This fundraiser is in place of selling or delivering items or requiring parents to work concessions/meets or a flat fee.
Participation does not depend on number or amount of donations. I will be following up after next weekend to ensure everyone has signed up and sent out 20 quality emails. Sign up on Snap!Raise for those new to our program or login using this link: http://raise.snap.app/join_code/476242042
Please use the join code if needed: 476242042
Athletes will not be able to compete in meets until they have signed up and are participating fully in the fundraiser.
All money raised goes directly back to the athletes for equipment, end-of-season banquet, team dinner/awards/celebrations, etc.
A transportation waiver is required for any athlete not riding the bus to away meets. I encourage all athletes to have a waiver on file for this season.
Anyone leaving meets early with parents needs to approve this with me at least the day before the meet and requires the signed transportation waiver. Requests made at the meet to leave early will not be allowed.
Please fill this out and return to Coach Finch. Either paper copy or email/picture work.

7 Tips for a Great Pre-Game Meal
There is a need for volunteers to continue the success of the Minnetonka Track & Field Cross Country Association (MTFCCA). The largest fundraiser for our programs is the Tonka Turkey Trot and the same core group of parents have shouldered the load for many years. A special word of thanks to those parents. Many of these parents no longer have students in the program. We are looking for a couple parents to volunteer from each grade level. This would contribute to continuity and transition from year to year. Any and all skills are welcome. If you can help a little or a lot, please consider helping this year and for a few years in the future.

Click below for a bounding workout particularly good for jumper/sprinter types but anyone would benefit. Make sure you get a warm-up in first. Any questions should be directed to coach Steffen.
Athletes should have appropriate clothing for outdoor practices everyday.
