Track and field throwing events coaching experience:
eight nine years at high school varsity level, six years at varsity college level.
 

High School Coaching:
Coached Discus and Shot Put competitors for Minnetonka School District in the Minnesota State Track and Field meets.
Assistant coach for Minnetonka girls back-to-back Minnesota State Track and Field Champions 2013, 2014
Currently Throws Coach for varsity and junior varsity girl throwers at Minnetonka high School.

College Coaching:
Volunteer women’s basektball coach Hamline University
Throws coach at Macalester College and St. Catherine’s College.
Coached a Two-time Division III National Discus Qualifier.

Athletic experience:
At Hayfield High School Sarah was active in volleyball, basketball and track and field. Sarah earned three letters in volleyball and basketball and five letters in track and field.  She was captain in volleyball and track and field and is in the top 20 career basketball leaders in rebounding and steals at Hayfield. Sarah placed fourth, third and third consecutively at the Minnesota State High School Track and Field meets of her sophomore, junior and senior years in the discus throw.

2015 inductee into the Hayfield High School Athletic Hall of Fame

At Hamline University she competed four years in track and field and three years in women's basketball . There she was captain, earned All-Conference honors and four letters in track and field and two letters in basketball.
